Thanks for reaching out to Joe and updating us!
It was very obvious today that someone or some people want to see PPS stay low. I saw shares sold for less than bid price...and the way the seller kept selling for less when the seller could have obviously sold for higher PPS as today's news was very positive and there were lots of buying interest!
I think you mentioned before that you sent SEC a letter regarding PPS manipulation? Did you ever hear back?
