A way forward?
What if.....as a result of all of these new dilutions, the debt can be totally paid off.
And that's followed by another, you know what. Then the company would have relatively few shares and be out of debt.
If this is the strategy, then the time frame would wrap up before the payment from ACS is due. Which in effect would be buying the company, with the BlockSafe entity spun off, maybe with VChat and Mobile.
Then, the 3 Amigos ride off into the sunset with our cash and their millions of AS shares. And, of course, we'd be screwed once again.
Otherwise, I see no way for the company to survive for another year or two.
