RLFTF is down because there was an article in a Swiss news outlet, I believe it also included an interview with Relief's chairman, which stated that PhaseBio's recent discontinuation of it's covid program due to lack of efficacy means RLF-100 is doomed. Both RLFTF's and PhaseBio's drugs are VIP analogs. So investors in Switzerland started dumping the stock and the US followed.

I think this is clearly misguided, the effect of the two drugs on the lungs aren't comparable, and RLF-100 still looks very promising for covid so I am about to get back into the stock.
