I'll be updated the percentage of the O/S increase already traded at the close each day - 87% so far by close yesterday.
As seen on other stocks, the convertible debt holder(s) are happy to sell their daily quota of shares on the ask at ever higher prices. When people fail to hit the ask aggressively enough, they will trade on the bid.
