This is the strangest investment intersection I can recall...a stock with increasing promise (current and potential contracts plus emerging science) and a stock price that continues to sit at .20. Am I to say ‘thank you Lord for this divine opportunity’ or ‘dammit take your damned hand off the scale’ and let this stock finds its real price level. What’s an investor to think?
