While this may indeed turn into something big, Hy, a PR that has not a single "$" in it is not going to be the trigger that flushes the evil doers out of this stock, IMO.
If we start to see details, signatures, and an upfront payment hitting the bank account, that may raise enough outside interest.
I am particularly interested in the licensing fee for Excellagen, as that could be on the order of tens of millions of $. That could eliminate any need for Joe to tap wicked financing for GNBT and truly get the "wheels turning"...
