This is great as it will provide cash to beging assembly line construction of the LARGE volume units....point cust shipping costs by setting up these units at a location closer to the oil feild demand. That inturn will provied liquidity for further reinvestment in production line developement of the smaller units IE: raising $$$ rather than borrowing ( or at lesat less borrowing)
