I hate posts like I am about to do, full of "I thinks".

I think Patterson screwed up something in the trial tests the FDA needed and nader went off the rails and stopped shipping him the needed contractually expired LL with marker dye attached. nader then found another lab to do the tests he needed and saved face for Patterson by blaming it on incelldx high cost per test. Fast forward and maybe Patterson is now paying for and getting the LL with dye so he can do his tests.
