I was one of the down votes for your post, and there were two reasons for the direction the thumb pointed in. First, you weren't just posting the facts, but your interpretation of the facts. Pull your last sentence and you almost have a case.

Secondly, there's always the question on message boards of why people post the things they do. If you essentially posit that CYDY w/o Covid is worth a buck, how does that resound in the public space? It certainly sounds as if you're saying Covid will never come through for us and the stock will dive like a kamikaze pilot. And what does the board gain from hearing that? Whose ears are you, Claudiuslike, trying to reach?

Maybe you're completely innocent of ill intention. Doubt it.
