i would not describe as “being on the sidelines”, being heavily invested and down 98-99%. “Being on the sidelines” is more like, watching dispassionately, with no skin in the game. If you mean, it is not a time to add or take a new position or try to average down, the recent nano spike illustrates the need for lightning reflexes, but i would avoid any comments that sound like, “don’t buy now”; “buy”; “hold”, or “sell”, or even “i bought today”.
