I am of the opinion that when announcing Gary's announcement for 2021 only what counted was what is already in the "sack", that is, there are orders / orders, so your assumption of 20 million will certainly only be a lower limit. It wouldn't surprise me if it were well over 30 million.
But I am very curious to see whether and how much we will be above 4 million for 2020. A new order could also come with an immediate payment / deposit.
All in all - we have very good prospects of making a lot of money with PCTL.
