Economists warned us that the tariffs are NEVER paid for by the shipping country; it's always paid for by the consumers who buy their goods. Trump ignored them and perpetuated the lies that China was paying for it when he knew better. Complicit fox news ignored the truth, as they so often do, and perpetuated trump's lies. Only his blindest supporters and those foolish enough to buy into what the propaganda meisters at fox tell them believe that China and not us, paid for the tariffs.

Even when his former Chief of Staff Gen. Kelly called him the most flawed human being he's ever met and that he is the only person he ever knew who would lie to your face, knowing that you know it's a lie, and still pretend it's the truth, it still doesn't sway the everlasting blindness of trump supporters.

Those among us who have a political acumen deficit may construe this as an endorsement of corrupt corporate tool Joe Buyed-in, sold-out. It's not.
