The point is we doubt doc will drop filings on the week of the election if there is any major unrest that would completely overshadow our emergence. There is probably a planned series of news releases and events to keep the pps up. If there is any weirdness that would impede that, doc will wait a few days.

Obviously this is just a bunch of guesses but it makes sense.
