This is a two-bit article on Cytodyn so until we hear from the horse's mouth what our enrollment pace and numbers look like to-date, we should be hesitant to crunch the math and reach for a blankie.
Hopefully we hear from the horse next week and know *exactly* where we are in terms of enrollment and what the coming weeks will look like. To figure out a "We're enrolling x-number per day" right now is futile, as past pace may be enormously outpaced starting Monday or, say, Nov 15th.
That happened at the end of the m/m trial. Everyone was freaking out and then we suddenly filled it.
Shareholders have a tendency and irresistible urge to fill-the-gaps and while understandable it can have a negative impact on sentiment and pps.
