The mailing address (or whatever address) has been a long running, standard argument among liehubbers forever, on ALL stocks with that kind of address.
They want people to think that companies who use a drop box or PO box (etc) are automatically a scam, when in fact, there are plenty of successful, legitimate companies who use a drop box, or used one at some point. Some even use a virtual drop box, which are also legal and acceptable to use for businesses.
Here's a list of some of these companies:

However, as far as I can tell,
38 Stags Leap Ct
Pikesville
MD 21208-1029
is not a drop box/po box/etc. Thank you for the link smach.
For one of my personal businesses I used a PO box as my mailing address, and I wasn't a scam company. I sold water purification products and didn't want to use my home address on all my business records. What's wrong with that?
If anyone looks back at the posting history for UNVC over there, it's easy to see this name argument has been spun around before. Lots of new eyes since the last time they tried this ruse, so here we go again. Nonsense spun out by liars is all it boils sown to. Checking some other stocks there will clearly show the pattern of address bashing. SOP over there (Standard Operating Procedure).
