INTELLECTUALLY, INTELLEGENTLY and MOST of all LOGICALLY correct !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely agree with your thoughts about the reasons WHY it took so long and WHY all of a sudden it was granted ( by the FDA ). So, now we wait to see the names of those signed with BIEL and the details of the contracts and that when the PPS will react in a meaningful way, IMO. Is .10c too much of burden??????
