I just completed reading the entire pre-print pdf. After reading that document, I am convinced that Gilead will pursue a clinical trial of B combined with Remdesivir. Very impressive results and with such a high Selectivity Index for B, it would seem there is a high likelihood that B will improve outcomes of Remdesivir treatment for severe cases. IMHO
