Captn... it is him. I have spoken with him in the past when he was being attacked by a few members for being fake and not a legit qualified doctor and some even questioned his position and accused him of bashing. I felt bad for the guy and also felt he shouldn’t have to go out of his way to prove “shit” any anyone here on this board.
