IMO, FDA hit LL hard last summer by refusing to grant it further EINDs. They did this under a false but effective pretext of helping us to enroll the CD12 trial so that this provided them with a proof of deniability which is the first condition any state agency must create to defend against being prosecuted for corruption. Why that new trick was so important for them to use? Because otherwise LL would've had hundreds of EINDs by now, with rank and file of medical profession--whose establishment itself is corrupted to the core by money and power--raising louder and louder noises about LL effectiveness which neither our fake news media nor Faucis and Azars would be able to silence. But then what about enrollments? Enrollments were taking place only in a dozen or so places and vicinities. Critical patients far away would not be enrollable anyway and the FDA doomed a number of them to death by denying LL EINDs.
