And Dr Yo pretty much said the same in his latest video too.
The news that Dr P proposes the use of Maraviroc for COVID is a bit of a glass half full/half empty situation.
On the down side, it's an FDA approved drug, easier to administer (orally) and can erode the demand for any other immune modulating CCR5 inhibitors.
On the bright side, it can help prove the advanced COVID/CCR5 signaling pathway connection to the stubborn medical community, paving the way for much safer CCR5 inhibitors (LL) to be eventually approved and used for COVID and other immunological maladies.
That said, I sure hope NP had a legitimate reason to cut ties with Dr P...
