Blood test claims to measure amyloid levels, could be useful to measure progression of disease, they say.
Only problem is, there are people who have been autopsied who had tremendous amounts of amyloid in their brains -- but had no cognitive problems and died from other diseases or accidents.
It is a step forward though.
