This is the same as last year, the 2019 NT 10-K (extension) was filed on 10/29, but the actual 10-K was filed on 11/12 two weeks from now. (Remember, only business thru July 2020 will be on the 10-K.) The 10-Q was filed on 12/16. How nice would it be if NGIO is on NASDAQ before then so that the 300+ million NGIO shares can be added to the GNBT 10-Q financials. Six weeks, lots of time to make it happen
