The problem, the main problem, is that after 15 years (since they started the all-reseller model), there is insufficient revenue. It's not even close.
Therefore, the all-reseller model is a bust, for whatever reasons. Delayed payments, deadbeat customers, no marketing, covid, it doesn't matter, they're all just excuses.
Competent management would have understood this and gone to a Plan B by now, a while ago, really, especially after all these years.
Therefore, again, management has proven to be not competent, at least in the managing of this company.
There's no apparent demand for their software or this stock. Their only business is dilution and r/s-ing and that's working out fine for them. You've seen their cards, read 'em and weep.
