If you need help to understand why the top 3 should defer salaries for 6 months or more, just look at a 3 year or 5 year Chart. If you look at a 5 year chart, you can’t see much detail in the month to month or week to week share price variation, but you can see clearly from the values on the vertical axis, the grotesque devaluation in shares over that time. Now look at a 3 year chart: In the latter 4 months of 2018, only 2 years ago, $8 was not unusual as a share price.
So, every investors money was sucked into a GIANT BLACK WHOLE. The failure to protect share price, the taking taking taking.... that’s point #1.
There is currently no product with measurable sales.
The debt level. LOOK AT IT. It cannot at this time support the $450,000 in salaries of the top 3, who share executive responsibility! They can live for 6 months on what they have socked away at investor’s expense, with no appropriate return, UNTIL SUCH TIME AS ONE SINGLE OF THE MAJOR DEALS THEY HAVE TALKED ABOUT COMES THROUGH, IN MEASURABLE, SIGNIFICANT REVENUES THAT JUSTIFY THEIR SALARIES.
