I considered the $50Mill. A FIRST of several milestone payments from BARDA, not the one single payment. I assume that they are now much more cautious about giving out financial aid than they were 6 months ago. So A FIRST 50 mill. payment alongside the approval letter would be something that l'd consider a huge deal and quantum leap forward for GNBT.
Because the money would only be one of three important things that would be contained in such a news. The other two being :
1) This BARDA approval would move GNBT into the spotlight and this in turn would surely bring an end to the drastic undervaluation of the GNBT share price.
2) BARDA would also state that they believe in the II-key technology.
That is why I think such a news would be such a huge deal.
