I can assure everyone that this is true. France, among others here in Europe, already is In lock down as of today. Our German government has announced a lock down starting next Monday and for at least the entire month of November.
*sarkasm on* So I truly envy you guys to have a president that can declare a victory over this Covid pandemic via press release. I want to truly congratulate him for this most important achievement of his first term! If this really is his biggest achievement then he must have had a helluva first 4 years in office. *sarkasm off*
