I frequently search google for the word leronlimab filtering for past 24 hours just to see if there’s anything new out there.

I searched this morning and this was the first hit. I clicked the link and did a “find on page” search for leronlimab, but nothing came up.

Is there anyone here with search engine expertise who can explain these results?
