Well, at least no one was selling in the teens this morning. I helped leapfrog the bid up from .19 to over .20, and never actually picked up any shares. More game playing.

Maybe someone has said this before. But I'm starting to wonder if Joe is waiting for results and then FDA approval for testing. Then he'll announce to the world, "Look over here! We've got something, and we're ready to find Phase 1 participants."
