There is the open question "this impairment could be the result of widespread inflammation, as the body mounts its immune response, or possibly reduced blood flow to the brain, if the heart and lungs are weak." In my opinion, leronlimab could tackle both scenarios with its immunomodulating MOA and also its potential to cross the BBB.
