CYP3A interactions have been the downfall of many a drug candidate... Salient points re: combo w/ antivirals as well. Anyone blithely thinking of throwing Mara in the mix with Rem, IL6 inhibitors, HCQ, anticoagulants, various steroids, antibiotics, and/or whatever else, in a disease where severe organ damage is a hallmark... Really requires constant monitoring / a supporting study, imo.
