My understanding is Rogers was an unpaid volunteer, and Long was compensated in shares only, so there may not be any hiring that was done. I never understood why Long was a director.
Personal vendetta was only one of the potentials. I read that it could be competition also. We may never know.
The fact that a small company survived a triple assault from those agencies listed PLUS the near endless attacks from numerous posters, mostly on other boards, is something I choose to view as a positive.
