I don't think the news was disappointing at all:
Issues are Resolved and NanoLogix Is Proceeding with Technology Development and Awaiting the Allowed Patent Issuance
They also provided the info they said they would from the previous announcement and then some. Who might the usual suspects be...Jim Ed and Omar IMO.
