I think Assiduous' point is that this is the "slow buildup of anticipation", and the emphasis is on "coupled with growing public awareness of NGIO".

I kind of agree that, if the big announcement(s) can coincide with the "Road show" and the IPO hype, we may get the best bang for our buck.

Or the bucks for our bang might be a better phrase for our condition!
