Although HDC may have a slight chance at some type of settlement I just don't believe Intel will settle. No doubt they (Intel) won't settle anywhere where investors would appreciate. Maybe this is indeed the HDC Alamo. Why not go out trying to show and offset (possible) bad HDC decisions or management past or future. Just look at the fiasco's in our history just unreal so how would we ever recover plus the remaining patents are not even worth counting perhaps 8 left or close to that plus only 2 or 3 years left on the extension given by the USPTO. So I would settle to just break even after all these years but no doubt we will get years of tax deductions as it looks while our CEO packs the 1954 station wagon with green in his suit cases and drives off into the sunset. HDC should have held their hand up and dissolved this company long ago instead of putting so many of us up in a tree with no ladder to get down.
