How f'n stupid do you have to be to not understand that underlying conditions, that are otherwise manageable, will of course make people more vulnerable to, take your pick, Covid, flu, pneumonia.
What do you say to the relatives of those who had those conditions, that were being effectively managed, not imminently lethal, who died because Covid was too much for them to cope with BECAUSE of those underlying conditions.
Trump will lose because far more people understand that than fall for your kind of willful ignorance and medical illiteracy.
One last point. Trump say that we have so many cases of Covid because we do too much testing,
Brilliant, huh? We have so much breast cancer...pick any disease...because we test too much.
