They returned some shares to treasury and the last sentence of the press release says:
“In addition, the Company is exploring other less dilutive financing alternatives to help preserve our shareholders value.”
So if the less dilutive alternatives come through that, in my opinion, leaves the door open for the Reg A to be cancelled in place of better options. I don’t know how else to say this so I will just say it - some sales associates may be willing to work on commission only, if they know they can make sales. So what if IDentityUSA were to work and SFOR can make money from it to finance the SafeVChat option? Have you considered this?
