I think all this is about is a federal agency (prefer US but will take UK) saying this isn’t snake oil pure and simple. Once One agency says it it will silence short sellers bashers etc. and give management the room it needs to operate financially and some kind of benefit of the doubt. It sounds like the two catalyst/hurdles are acceptance to file and severe Covid results.
