Does anyone have an EDUCATED (MD’s?) opinion on whether the submission if accepted is closer to a formality for approval (ie. They have already made up their minds. ‘ we wouldn’t except it if we weren’t going to approve it‘ or whether all dd will be applied.. this goes to timeline and how fast people think they plan to move on it.
