I have been postong a long time on SA but they are so short this stock.
I am curious about the change to 42 day. My feeling as an MD is that critical soc patients were kept alive a bit passed 28 day and then regretfully expired. I think the mortality od soc may be higher when you get passed that 28 day mark.
I wish we knew how other parameters were doing at the interim analysis. Dr Yang had several severe LL patients and the survival rate was 74%. In tye critical 7 ventilator patients only one LL pt expired (14%). For tyese reasons i feel the LL arm is solid. Extending the soc arm to 42 days probably gives us the higher mortality in soc to get stat sig.
Thoughts?
