I think McAfee would let StrikeForce Technologies continue to operate as its own company. The retail market has yet to be successful for SFOR yet and maybe with SafeVChat it can be. So there is more benefit based on SFORs current market cap to let it stay as a public company. I have heard stories about low offers for buyouts of Penny Stocks before, but I think regulators may contest any sort of thing here after all StrikeForce Technologies has been through over the years and given that some shareholders have been here for 20 years and need more than just a 100% share price increase.
