Where do you get an idea the narrative is regarding questions related to the patent process? I searched for anything to do with the patent on the USPTO webpage and found no reference to the new technology. The only information I found is in the news updates and the PowerPoint on the company website.
The narrative mentions challenges from someone opposed to either the technology or else the company, so I'm expecting a narrative dealing with something other than the patent specifically.
