Just curious why are you a mod here? Why be a mod for a stock that you hate? I'm sure you're a stand up guy and would never have another motive (sarcasm).

Any "promises" made about the share structure essentially have no meaning, are non-binding and can be changed in a heart beat. It was just so much pablum served with KoolAid By MD for the masses with no substance or meaning, whatsoever.
