I want to immediately pay off my parents' mortgage and then buy my Mother a brand new car in full, as my parents share the same vehicle.(maybe surprise her with an Audi like I want for myself) I don't want her to ever worry over another thing ever again. Hope it happens for us any day now, because I'm beyond financially strapped lately. If I could take out another loan, without the need for a co-signer, I would.
