Not sure, but I think they are using two different tests, an antigen and a PCR. They use the PCR to verify positive results on the Antigen tests and validate its results. I don't think they use the PCR on negative tests.
I don't think they are testing two different apps. If they are using Innova, they are using the triedandtested app IMO.
