To add to that, why are there penalties for being a day early? Who does that?
What should be the "damages" for being a day late (because your bank in Puerto Rico has no Sunday Hours, and thats the day you want it paid?).
If there is anyone who doesn't care about this case, its maybe Bush. A good lawyer in a bad job. I think he gets paid for how long he can stretch out the case and delay a decision.
