So from bits and pieces that is your take ?..lol.All it takes is one item to change that so you better watch it all.My lawyer was winning a court case for us right up until the last second when the judge was about to announce a winning decision when suddenly the judge decided to ask the defendants lawyer out of curiousity if the property was currently abandoned...boom ..the defendants lawyer asked for a recess before judgement.He then comes back and finds a loophole in the lien law act about abandoned properties and liens on them...we lose on a technicality and make new legal law..yay !! 100k gone ..poof.We helped everyone else from that point on correctly cover liens on multiple properties that are attached.Our lawyer was so confident at the break before ruling that he rejected a 70% offer from the defendants lawyer..we wanted 100% plus interest and court costs. You just never know.
