Not certain China but it sounds like a bonus for setting up a new account to use or sell RecoveryRx.
In the home mortgage business '1 Point' = '1 Percent'. Not sure if that is the same for medical sales.
Given the speed at which the sales reps are being recruited it must be a good incentive for them.
