This wasnt an attack on NP. I have my frustrations with Nader and the crew, but I recognize that they are improving. As others have stated they are learning on the job.
My point was that regardless of how confident that we are in our product we have not provided the FDA with any trial data in the severe/critical area (as Ohm has also pointed out).
Screaming at the FDA for not approving something that we have not requested is insane.
