No but I think most of us including me recall that the outstanding share count was around 2.2 billion for quite awhile from about 2016- early 2019 I believe.
In reading the historical share price on Yahoo! Finance again, in August of 2018 the share price also reached 2.55 cents for a market cap that would have exceeded $50 million.
I just know 2.2 billion was the OS count for a long time. I believe this was due to management having the Microsoft settlement money plus the additional $1.5 million of litigation funding to pay for expenses.
