You were asked in another forum about the multiple resubmissions of the Area 2 Final Report, but declined to answer.

So I’ll ask here. When you “met the man” did you discuss the report(s) and the state’s requirements?

If you didn’t that’s fine.

If so, do you know why hasn’t Kyle discussed this with shareholders? And do you think he should have?

More importantly, why did he fail to comply for so long?
